In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.

I perceive fitness and wellness modalities as a form of medicine. I treat these modalities as such when working with clients in that, I make space for the client to to grow in their journey through a therapeutic, holistic delivery of services.
Due to the covid-19 outbreak, the online or outdoors option is recommended. I have sought to make my services affordable, in order to assist clients during this difficult time.

I am a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher. I work to cater these styles to client needs. Work on goals such as stress relief, relaxation, toning and flexibility.
Calm, still and center the mind on specific yet attainable wellness goals, such as stress and anxiety relief, weight loss, life purpose and self confidence.
Hypnotherapy is a guided meditation modality which guides the mind and body to a state of calm and relaxation. In that state, the client is led to release unhealthy habit patterns and clear blockages.
Combined packages will give you the most amount of benefit for your wellness journey. Sessions are often 60-90 minutes @ 2-3x per week and include a mix of personal training, yoga and holistic counseling as needed. Hypnotherapy is offered separately from a combined package.
